Join us at 11am on Tuesday 8th March 2011 to celebrate International Women's Day. Women from the Epenarra Arts Centre in the remote Indigenous community of Wutunugurra (NT), will be visiting the gallery. They will show a video of their country and the work they are doing at their art centre and will discuss the work of other women artists in the current exhibition Strong Women, Strong Painting, Strong Culture. This will be a unique opportunity to meet these fascinating women and hear about their life and art firsthand.
